Each listing includes the practising status of the lawyer or paralegal. If a lawyer or paralegal has a discipline history, restrictions on his or her practice, or if there is a trusteeship, there will be information on this in the directory listing.

You can choose to search the complete list of names in the directory or only the lawyer listings or paralegal listings. You can search by name (first or last), city, postal code or any combination of these.

Under By-Law 4 certain individuals and organizations are entitled to provide legal services without a paralegal licence. Individuals who fall in this category will not be listed in this directory.
